GWR: Man Begins 214-Hour Reading In Osogbo

A former Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Students’ Union Government President, Ajao Samson, is presently on Day 2 of his 214-hour marathon reading to break the Guinness World Record.

 

The marathon reading, held at Adolak Conference Hall in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, began in the early hours of Monday, with numerous lovers and admirers throwing their support behind Samson.

 

In a statement issued by Folaranmi Ajayi, for the Media Team of the event, Nigerians were called upon to keep praying and supporting Ajao Samson for success in the ongoing reading marathon, which is expected to last for nine days.

 

The program is being livestreamed across various social media platforms.

 

As of the time of filing this report, Ajao Samson had read for over six hours out of the proposed 214 hours.
