The End-Time Church is a glorious Church, free from wrinkles, infirmity, holy and without blemish, because Jesus Christ is not coming for a defeated Church.

Pastor Sola Omojuwa, Resident Pastor of Living Faith Church (Winners), Oke-Onitea, Òṣogbo, made this statement during the monthly miracle Sunday service held on 10th August 2025, which also doubled as the monthly communion service.

Ministering on the topic “Walking in Dominion Over Sickness and Disease” in line with the August prophetic focus themed “I will restore health unto you” – Jeremiah 30:17, Pastor Omojuwa emphasised that Christians of the End-Time Church have a redemptive right which grants them sovereignty in a world full of sickness and diseases. He warned that believers should give no room to the devil, as the devil takes his place with sickness in a believer’s life as soon as the sickness is given a name.

He recalled the sermon of the State Pastor last week, where it was mentioned that many sicknesses are the result of satanic oppression. Christians, he explained, are engaged in spiritual warfare against the spirit of infirmity, the spirit of insanity, the spirit of heaviness, deaf and dumb spirits, and the manipulations of the spirit of hell. The spirit of infirmity brings sickness, illness and disease, while insanity manifests in two forms: spiritual attack-induced insanity and self-inflicted insanity. The latter refers to when individuals harm their own mental health through destructive habits, such as a man taking drugs or a pregnant woman smoking. He added that the Word of God is the main weapon against all forms of oppression, pointing out that nothing living exists outside of the Word, as recorded in John 1:1–3 and Genesis 1:1–28 during the creation of the heavens and the earth.

Pastor Omojuwa further stated that another weapon to have dominion over sickness and disease is the communion table, describing it as a kingdom mystery for strength, health and vitality. He explained that the communion table is effective only for those free from grudge, unforgiveness and unserious attitudes towards it.

He described the communion as being made up of the two “blood capsules” in the body, representing the miracle meal, referencing 1 Samuel 17:45–50. He concluded that the end result of partaking in the miracle meal is to birth the miracle needed for a victorious life.

Similarly, in the second service, the State Pastor, Pastor David Popoola, spoke about the communion table as a carrier of the life of God, citing 2 Peter 1:3–4. He recounted the testimony of a woman who had been in labour for days and could not afford a caesarean section, with her husband not knowing what to do. Another woman in the same hospital ward advised the couple to go to church. The husband took his wife in a taxi to the church, where the pastor was eating boiled yam and palm oil. Seeing their situation, the pastor sanctified the yam and palm oil, declaring them to be the blood and flesh of Jesus – the communion – and gave them to the woman to eat. On their way back to the hospital, the woman delivered her baby in the taxi before they arrived. Pastor Popoola added that the blood of Jesus is the rod that swallowed the Egyptians, and the flesh is the New Testament manna that destroys all forms of sickness and disease.

He listed the communion as a Passover feast (Exodus 12:13), angelic food, and heavenly manna.

Blessing the Junior Bible School graduands in the third service, Pastor Festus said that the blood of Jesus is the name of Jesus, just as a patient’s name is written on a hospital sample. Therefore, whatever the name of Jesus can do, His blood can do even more.

Furthermore, he itemised the following as components in the blood of Jesus: according to Luke 10:19, the blood of Jesus is an eye-opener, carries the dominion nature of Christ which is immune to sickness and disease, and acts as heavenly immunisation. By partaking in the communion, a believer begins to share the same blood group with Christ, and the body receives the white blood cells it needs.
