Honourable member representing Obokun State Constituency in the present 8th Assembly of the Osun State House of Assembly, Honourable Adewumi Adeyemi IREKANDU has commended the tremendous growth of Osun as the state clocks 34 years today.
Irekandu disclosed this in a statement signed and obtained by correspondence of Dailyimpactnigeria.
According to the statement ; “Today, we celebrate 34 years of Osun State, our dear State of the Living Spring. Since her creation in 1991, Osun has been lifted by the resilience, faith, and industry of her people.
From Ibokun to Osogbo, from Ilesa to Ejigbo, to every corner of our land, the hands that farm, trade, build, teach, and serve have written the story of our progress.
He added that; “We honour our Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, for his leadership and commitment to the advancement of our state, evident in infrastructural development, digital innovation, and growth across key sectors. We also acknowledge the quiet everyday contributions of our citizens, which together shape the Osun we all dream of.”
